SUMMARY:
Under immediate supervision, performs work in any of the Public Works Divisions. Work is of a repetitive, routine, manual nature.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. GENERAL (75%)
-Operates as part of a garbage collection team.
B. OTHER (25%)
-Operates as part of a trash collection team.
-Mows, weed-eats, and picks up trash along rights of way.
-Performs janitorial work as needed.
-Performs other reasonably related tasks in a safe manner as assigned by immediate or other supervisors as required.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:
-May be required to possess a current driver’s license and have a safe driving record to occasionally drive a City vehicle.
-Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
-Prefer experience in performing heavy manual labor.
-Must maintain regular attendance on the job.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
-Knowledge of the traffic laws, ordinances and rules involved in the operation of motor vehicles.
-Knowledge of occupational hazards and applicable safety precautions in general construction and maintenance operations particularly as these requirements relate to work around construction equipment, trench excavations and traffic areas.
-Skill in the operation of various types of light equipment normally used in construction of Public
-Physical condition to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods of time, under unfavorable climatic conditions.
-Ability to comprehend and follow specific oral instructions.
-Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees.
-Must be able to work overtime and call outs as needed.
PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
-See well enough to interpret routine hand signals and detect oncoming traffic.
-Hear well enough to detect warning horns and signals.
-Be able to work safely and effectively on garbage collection vehicles and other vehicles.
-Have ability to mount or dismount various types of vehicles.
-Have ability to move freely in, out and around storm sewers, drainage systems and construction sites.
-Have the strength to move containers and/or equipment weighing at least 100 pounds. -
Electrician

At Premier Service Company or Commercial Electricians are responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, as well as electrical components for Commercial Infrastructures. Some duties would include:
- Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Must have the ability to run MC cable in a commercial building.
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Bend and put in place conduit of all sizes, utilizing mechanical and manual conduit benders.
- Able to oversee the work of a small crew.
- Inspect and install transformers, panels, switchboards, circuit breakers and other electrical components.
- Read, understand, and follow a project schedule.
- Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects.
- Follow established processes and procedures.
- Operate with safety as a priority and understand and utilize the PPE provided to you.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
- Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) state and local building regulations.
- Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
- Good knowledge of various test equipment. -

Summary of Duties
Assistant Project Managers with Premier Service Company will be responsible for ensuring a timely and cost-effective completion of assigned projects, by overseeing all phases of the project. This will entail working with a variety of stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate
equipment and materials, operate within set budgets, and monitor overall progress. Working hours for this position are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and may require some weekend work. This position will also be furnished with a company iPad, and a phone, reviewing drawings and specifications, making calls, etc. Assistant Project Managers will have strong verbal and written communication and must have the ability to make quick, sound decisions. The Assistant Project Manager must be highly motivated, as well as flexible, with the ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy. The essential job duties of this role are the following:
Review all project documents and become familiar with all scope items that relate to the project
Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on all assigned jobs at all times. It is a measure to make sure all employees go home safely. This is the most important aspect of our daily work and must be enforced.
Manage time and attendance through a timekeeping system for the assigned team, including, ensuring the team is clocking in each day and on time, approving time-off requests, and approving timecards to the end of each pay period.
Manage subcontractors performing work on assigned projects, including, start times for scheduled work and quality of work performed.
Become familiar with the project through drawings, specifications, addenda, and any supplemental drawings or instructions.
Attend turnover meetings with the estimator and your foreman at the start of each project.
Acquire extra drawings from the owner or architect or have copies printed off, if needed, for assigned projects.
Prepare martial orders according to the six categories by reviewing the summary of materials for the project with the estimator. This position will be responsible for ordering materials that would be needed for the self-performed work we will carry out. Materials should be ordered through the warehouse, using the supplied material ordering software, 24 hours in advance to ensure the warehouse has adequate time to pull and deliver the order.
Prepare correspondence on a regular basis between the PSC PM and yourself. Emails concerning projects must be saved in job files.
Attend weekly safety meetings preferably on one of your projects with your foreman, or at the office. These must be documented and
turned in to the office. Will be retained in the project folder.
Coordinate with your foreman on a daily basis regarding their material needs. All materials in most cases should be routed through the warehouse.
Manage manpower in your projects. PM is responsible for the hours on each assigned project. The PM should always make sure we are keeping up with the general contractor’s project schedule and staying within our project man-hours budgeted for each project.
Attend all project meetings and provide written reports that will reflect what was discussed in these meetings and what our progress is on the project. These reports are to be sent to the PSC PM.
Responsible for pushing the submittal process. Make sure materials are getting ordered-follow up on a regular basis to make sure nothing is behind or not getting ordered. Hot items lists are important and should be ordered first.
Track progress (both labor and materials) on a monthly basis so that you can estimate your manpower needs and be able to communicate to the billing department the percentage of completion for your projects. Billing will be prepared on the percentages given. This will include taking pictures and documenting anything that has become a job constraint or safety issue and must be done at a minimum of twice a week.
Set up inspections throughout the building phases for your projects. Subcontractors are responsible for their scope of work.
Conduct temporary power inspections weekly and document using a card that is dated and initialed. Replace damaged or malfunctioning receptacles immediately OR list them as “out of order” until they can be repaired. Weekly safety meetings- must be conducted on the same day and time each week to ensure all employees know when and where these meetings will be held. Copy of the documented safety meeting must be sent to your supervisor once completed.
Ensure job sites are maintained at all times. Should be cleaned and organized at the end of each day- to include inventorying tools, locking ladders, etc.

Social Work License Requirement:
SSW is responsible for maintaining all licensing requirements of the State Licensure Board and
TOP agency requirements. Any changes in licensing are the responsibility of the SSW to report to
TOP within 3-5 business days of notification by the State Licensure Board of Social Work.
SSW is responsible for furnishing documentation to TOP of all licensing credentials including
provisional license, certification credentials, etc.
